• Other occupancy of same or connecting buildings
• Premises security protections
• Adequacy of rebuilding costs. This is a key area for broker and customers, with 'average' clauses in mind

• Well run restaurants, wine bars and public houses
• Individual location exposures up to £6,000,000
• Minimum Premium £500 plus Insurance Premium Tax
